Install in under a minute
Unpacked extensions install manually — Chrome only auto-installs from the Web Store.
  1. 1Download and unzip applyflow-extension.zip.
  2. 2Open chrome://extensions in Chrome, Edge, Brave or Arc.
  3. 3Turn on Developer mode (top-right toggle).
  4. 4Remove any older ApplyFlow extension, then click Load unpacked and select the new unzipped folder.
  5. 5Refresh your open ApplyFlow and job-page tabs once after installing the update.
  6. 6Open this ApplyFlow tab once — that syncs your profile into the extension.
  7. 7Browse any job, click the ApplyFlow icon, and read your score.
  8. 8Keep one ApplyFlow tab open when clicking Save to tracker or I applied for immediate sync.
How captures reach your tracker

When you click Save to tracker or I applied, the extension keeps the capture in a durable queue until ApplyFlow confirms it is present in Applications. Captures are de-duplicated by job URL, and an existing “Saved” row is flipped to “Applied”.

Keep this app open in a pinned tab for instant syncing. Your profile (skills, titles, resumes, preferences) is mirrored to the extension every 15 seconds while it's open.
